" Went to Pure Street Food after seeing Guy Fieri's show. I was eager to try their famous beef rib pho. While my expectations were sky high, I have to admit the pho was good, but not mind-blowing. It had a flavorful broth, but I have had better at other spots. The rib was tender and juicy but didn’t outshine the broth as I expected it to. " Visiting from out of town, I decided to check out Pure Street Food after seeing some rave reviews online. The pho is definitely a star on their menu! I went with the regular beef pho and opted for extra spicy. The broth was well-balanced and the fresh herbs added a nice aroma. The bowl was generously filled with noodles and tender cuts of beef.
